Kowloon shall be in terms of Hong Kong currency (inclusive
of berth tickets) and all tickets purchased on the Canton-
Hankow Railway shall be in terms of Chinese National Dollars,
and fare schedules shall be supplied as occasion demands.

Excess baggage charges shall be collected in
accordance with the regulations laid down by the Ministry
of Communications.
14. Free passes and privilege tickets shall not be issued for these trains. All passengers whatsoever shall
be conveyed at full fare. (Fares for children allowable).
15. Mail carried by these trains shall be limited to
letters; all printed matter of whatever nature shall be
conveyed at full parcel rates.
16. The clearance of accounts for passenger revenue
shall be made in the same manner as provided in the
Principal Agreement for the clearing of goods revenue.
17. The clearance of accounts for expenses debited
shall be made every month.
18. All printing charges arising out of through
passenger train operation shall be divided in the ratio
of 32:4:1.
19. A hire of $0.07 Hong Kong Currency per mile per
car for rolling-stock irrespective of class other than
locomotives shall be paid by the combined Sections of the
Canton-Kowloon Railway to the Canton-Hankow Railway
when the rolling-stock is provided by the latter railway.
20. Provision for accidents and damages shall be the
same, in principle, as set forth in the "Working Agreement
for Through Goods Traffic".
21. The Canton-Kowloon Railway (combined sections) shall
charge the rates as already provided for in the Sectional
through schedule for parcel traffic. The Canton-Hankow
